It was a beautiful summer afternoon for a company party in the Avenues of Salt Lake City. There is a huge mansion that rents out the backyard for parties and events. And I was tasked as the food photographer to capture the many different stations, floral arrangements, and workers in action.

If I wasn’t the photographer, I am sure I would visit the caprese bar over and over. They have fresh mozzarella cheese, flavored salts, fresh tomatoes, and infused olive oils. Yum.

It was fun to photograph the rosemary infused olive oil. It can be a challenge photographing oils and reflective objects.
